Hi, I just built my PC and am struggling with RAM speeds. I've tried everything—XMP, manual setup, combining settings—but nothing works. My XMP is 1500MHz and manually it's 1400MHz. I'm not sure if that makes a difference, but I appreciate anyone who can help.

What rates are you anticipating? Keep in mind that DDR4-3000 RAM operates at 1500MHz with XMP support. The term DDR refers to double data rate, meaning it executes two transfers per clock cycle.

I can't display a screen or access your bios settings directly. However, you can check your RAM by looking at the specifications in your device settings or system information.
