I just installed a 3600 Ryzen 5 with a B450F ROG Asus MOBO. It has dual-channel memory, and I made sure to enable XMP in the BIOS. The system reports RAM clocked at 3200 MHz, but CPU-Z shows different values. I've adjusted the clock speed manually—downclocking and overclocking—but the results keep changing between 15-1600s depending on the settings. My DRAM voltage is set to 1.35V, which locks the voltage level even when XMP is active, preventing any further changes. If I turn off XMP and set the frequency manually, I might be able to tweak the voltage, but I prefer staying at 1.35V.

DDR stands for Double Data Rate. The 1600MHz appears as double the speed of 3200MHz.
