I fixed the problem by placing the RAM in slots 2 and 3 and adjusting the voltage to a higher setting. It’s unclear why that change helped, but the RAM is now running at 3200MHz without issues.

A2 and B2 are the standard ports for two sticks. The stability comes from higher voltage. I usually keep mine with DDR4 at 1.4 V while XMP is turned on.
