My g.skill rgb was functioning properly before. After changing colors, it suddenly stopped working completely. I replaced the RAM sticks, uninstalled and reinstalled the software, but the motherboard settings didn’t allow any changes either. It’s unclear what caused this issue, and I’m still trying to figure it out.

It seems like you're asking if there are two sticks available, but they aren't responding.

the sticks function properly, but the software struggles with color changes when applying effects. it seems like the display lacks proper RGB support. I adjusted my PC settings and the RAM stopped working correctly. yes, I own a 2x16gb Trident Z GSKILL RGB 3600.

Consider restarting the BIOS, unsure if the RGB control is set at which level...

Do you have the G.Skill program installed? You can likely disable the LEDs by selecting that feature.

I'm using the GSKill software. I've adjusted the LED off button but it still doesn't turn them on or off properly. I've tried using the software myself, yet nothing is activating the lights on the sticks. As someone new to the PC world, I'm not sure what the BIOS settings are for. They've been working well for the past two months, but suddenly they stopped responding.

I experienced a similar problem with a slight difference. My RGB would display random colors at startup or fail to activate completely. It looks like a Windows compatibility concern linked to the recent update for Windows 10 and the G.skill Trident Z lighting control. Open the properties of the G.skill software, click on the compatibility tab, then run the compatibility troubleshooter. Launch the software again, adjust the settings you prefer, and save them through the troubleshooter. Restart and test to ensure it functions correctly.
