You have Corsair Vengeance RAM sticks with 2x8GB, 3200MHz speeds. Your motherboard only has 2 RAM slots, so they can’t be installed incorrectly. However, when XMP profile isn’t enabled, the speed shows lower values—1067MHz instead of the expected 2133MHz. When you set it to 3200MHz, it displays 1600MHz. In Task Manager it used to show 3200MHz but now it’s 1600MHz. Your MSI afterburners also report 1600MHz, whereas before they said 3200MHz. This causes games to run slower. You might want to check if XMP is properly enabled and ensure your RAM is correctly seated in the right slots.
I understand the confusion, but the device displays both 3200mhz and 1600mhz because it’s configured for dual channels. The change doesn’t affect the channel settings—it just updates the frequency values shown.

It's odd, everything seems logical now, yet I'm confused about why it displayed 3200MHz while remaining in dual channel mode.
Additionally, my Task Manager displays a strange situation when I play games like GTA V or other demanding titles—my GPU shows a near-zero usage while my FPS remains above 60. Adjusting with DDU improves performance significantly, but the issue keeps recurring.
