Hey there, I see you're dealing with a RAM issue on your system. It sounds like the Crucial Ballistix sticks aren't reaching the advertised 3600MHz even when XMP is turned on in BIOS. With your B560 M. DS3H V2 board and the Intel i5 11400F, checking the QVL list from Gigabyte might help clarify compatibility. Make sure the RAM is correctly seated in slots 1 and 3, and verify the speed settings match your motherboard's requirements. If you're still seeing 3184MHz, it could be a BIOS or driver issue—try updating or resetting the BIOS settings. Let me know if you need more guidance!

The chipset only acknowledges compatibility up to 3200. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...tions.html

I noticed that too, but there are many videos on YouTube and other instances where the 11400 runs at 3600. In another forum, someone mentioned that 3200 is the official rating, though with the right motherboard it might increase further.

Slot 2 and 4, slight adjustments could help.
Slot 2: New configuration options available.
Slot 4: Additional settings implemented for better performance.

Only the technical data sheet is assured. Your particular 11400f might be limited to that performance. Have you adjusted the speed manually to 3600? Simply turning on XMP could only raise the speed from 2133 to the official maximum.

I would adjust the clock speed to 3600 and set the voltage to 1.35.

I've experimented with various configurations. Setting the clock speed to 3600 and voltage to 1.35 achieves speeds close to 3458mhz. Using the XMP profile with gear mode 2 matches this result. Adjusting the clock speed manually can work, but it may require fine-tuning for optimal timing.

Is the clock running on your CPU? That high speed implies it might not be. Start with the default BIOS settings and then turn on XMP.

Apologies for the repeated messages, but thank you so much for your assistance. I recall my RAM was running at 3600mhz during the initial setup, which made it hard to understand what was happening. After setting XMP to profile 1 and switching to Gear mode Auto, it seems to be functioning properly now. I have no idea what happened before or why it didn’t run at 3600, but it works now. Thanks to both of you for your help. Edit: Further testing showed that slots 1 and 3 don’t support 3600mhz, while slots 2 and 4 do, and the RAM is now running at 3580mhz—better than nothing at all.

I'm not familiar with what BCLK is, but I don't think I've worked with it in the BIOS.
