Update the bios to use slots 2 and 4. Disable xmp. Check if it boots; if not, try slots 1 and 3.

same issue just turned off the GPU on the 7500f. A totally different problem would appear on the Ryzen 8000 APU—it's likely just related to the board or RAM, not the RAM itself. If it isn't that, then it's probably a hardware issue.

igpu is turned off on the 7500f, which means it uses the same I/O and thus has the same imc as the other Zen4 (7000) and Zen5 (9000) chips. You're probably just dealing with a stubborn board or RAM that refuses to cooperate.

I attempted to turn off the integrated graphics by placing the RAM in slots 1 and 3, but noticed some changes. The motherboard is functioning properly since the system boots with the alternate RAM. My girlfriend's RAM also works, allowing me to use it in my PC, though not together. If you have any other suggestions, I'm open to trying them. For now, I'm considering swapping the white RAM in my PC with her black RAM. It's frustrating not knowing the exact source of the issue.
