Hello, I own a CPU model Ryzen 7 5800X paired with a GPU Gigabyte EAGLE Radeon RX 6700 XT. The system runs 12 GB of RAM from G.SKILL TridentZ RGB 32GB (4x8) DDR4 3200 CL 16 AIO, connected via Corsair iCUE H115i ELITE. The motherboard is Gigabyte X570 AORUS ELITE ATX AM4, and the power supply is Corsair RM750x (2021) delivering 750W with 80+ Gold certification.

The operating system is Windows 11 Home Version 10.0.22631, build 22631 prior to the latest update (22621). The main issue is that my video driver frequently crashes, especially when playing games at high or medium settings. PCI-E 4.0 x16 is enabled on the motherboard, and above 4G decoding with a resizable bar is active. AMD S.M.A.R.T is turned on, and the GPU itself isn’t overclocked—even after using AMD software to undervolt it, the same crashes persist.

I’ve checked the Event Viewer under Critical events; each crash coincides with a full Windows reinstall or a recent wipe of Windows. I reached out to both Microsoft and AMD, but they pointed to different causes—AMD claimed it was an AMD issue, while Windows suggested a Windows problem. They even recommended using a Show/ Hide (Photo) tool, but there’s no option to hide the driver.

This situation is frustrating, and I’m hoping someone can offer guidance or a solution. Please help me out!

Checked a complete DDU setup and driver reinstall. How much voltage was reduced on the GPU? These issues seem consistent across the same game.

Have you attempted a complete DDU reinstall and driver update? Each critical issue in the event viewer led to a full DDU removal of the "drivers." How much overvoltage were you applying to the GPU? I tried AMD Undervolt, but it didn’t fix anything. Are these problems occurring consistently across the same game? Titles like TF2, Destiny 2, Valheim, etc.?

Try operating without an undervolt, as it may cause instability occasionally. What voltage is it operating at during load? It should be visible on a specific screen—perhaps a dashboard or status page. I’m not sure which one.

Current voltage stands at (default values not low) with a range from 850 to 1200 mV.

After completing the 3DMark benchmark plus stress test, the system performed well. Below are the key metrics from the screenshot. The test duration was 30 minutes.
