Purchased a new superlight a few days ago. All functions operated normally until today when it lost power completely. After more than three hours of charging, it reached only 3% and then disconnected abruptly. The cable connection works fine, but the mouse appears to be dead. I've tested various cables without success. Any possible solution before returning the mouse?
Return within 30 days or replace according to the seller's policy. I'd simply send it back for a replacement.

The mouse may only charge when it's off. Which charger were you using? Try another one or a different USB port/PC. The on/off switch is active. Reset the mouse.
