The QuestionStreamLabels app is failing to install or staying on a screen that isn't loading properly.
Ok so before right, I had stream labels installed, and anytime I opened the program and I tried opening it wouldn't open/show up on my screen even if I ran it as administrator. So after that, I uninstalled stream labels. Now when I try to install it this shows up on my screen. It doesn't install I've been trying to install this program for a couple of days. Can anyone help me, please?? Example of it not installing (Streamlabels not installing / not showing up on the screen when installed)
