The higher the CPU usage, the more it begins to produce a ticking sound. When running a tough game for extended periods, it starts to vibrate like a jackhammer and shake my desk. This wasn't true years ago, just recently. Even without the fans running. Could it be related to the AIO pump? I haven't noticed any performance problems.

Yeah, it really does sound like it. The best way to confirm is to simply add a budget air cooler (which is all that an i9-9900K without overclocking requires) and check if the issue disappears.
This should work just fine for you:
Thermaltake UX200 SE Universal Tower Cooler - $20
By chance, this is why I won’t likely use an AIO for a CPU that doesn’t need it. Of course, it looks great (I admit it) but the money spent on them would be better used for a better CPU or GPU. I have an R7-5800X3D cooled with an AMD Wraith Prism and it performs excellently.
The total cost for my cooler was $0 and it also looks impressive thanks to its full RGB support.

if the pump was deteriorating severely enough to create this kind of loud noise, I’d anticipate it would noticeably influence temperatures.
what are your idle and maximum load temperatures now in relation to when this began?
the fact that your case is vibrating enough to disturb your desk suggests there’s substantial movement, so the pump would likely be my initial consideration.
do you have all fans in your system turned off?
if not, the issue probably stems from a fan blade hitting another part or the housing itself.

Can you show photo of your system with side panel removed?
(upload to imgur.com and post link)
Can you record the sound and upload to some audio sharing site?
