Greetings,

Recently, I performed a new installation of Windows 10 alongside all necessary driver updates. I then installed Origin (the Electronic Arts game portal) and encountered the error message "origin online login is currently unavailable." Despite being able to log in through EA’s website, the Origin launcher will not accept my credentials. I attempted several troubleshooting steps, including synchronizing the system time with the online server – a common resolution for many users – updating all drivers (including CPU, GPU, and Windows 10), running the program as an administrator, creating inbound and outbound exceptions for Origin within Windows Firewall, resetting network settings via the control panel, and I remain perplexed by this issue. It's proving to be quite irritating, particularly since I undertook a fresh Windows installation due to significantly poor performance in Battlefield.

Have you obtained the latest installation file from Electronic Arts, or are you utilizing a previous version?

That issue has consistently appeared when utilizing previous iterations of Origin, and the resolution involved updating or reinstalling with a more recent release. Do you happen to be connected through a Virtual Private Network?
