My previous MS Arc keyboard stopped working, so I switched to a Logitech MX Keys Mini (MKM) for my HP Envy TE01-1022 Desktop PC.
I connected the keyboard to the PC using Bluetooth, and it also works with the Logi Options+ and my MX Master3.
When the old keyboard was on, pressing keys would wake the PC.
Now, I can only wake the PC by pressing the start button.
I’ve tried the solutions from this link: https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/windows-10...ard-mouse/, but it didn’t help.
It seems the issue is that Bluetooth devices can’t wake a sleeping PC.
I might need to use a Logi Bolt USB connection to get the PC out of sleep...? Correct?

It's intriguing that despite more than 400 views, there hasn't been any reply. I'm confident in my evaluation, yet I hope for at least a confirmation.

I have a comparable problem with a PC where I connected the keyboard using Bluetooth.

Did you rely on this specific link or a comparable one to set up the shortcut?
If you make another shortcut to disable sleep from the keyboard, does it function correctly?
That would mean checking if the relevant configuration changes to unsuspended.
It’s not exactly what you’re looking for, but it could help you verify.

bluetooth isn't functioning to activate your computer since your bios lacks bluetooth drivers. You'll need a bluetooth dongle that mimics a usb hid device, allowing your pc to be awakened like any other keyboard. Logitech offers such dongles (like the unifying receiver), though mx mini doesn't support them.

The method described is the route to sleep used by my taskbar icon (C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState 0,1,0). I also adjusted settings to put the system to sleep after 3 minutes. I attempted to disable hibernate with the command prompt "powercfg -hibernate off" but it didn't work. I was considering using your suggestion about running "powercfg" with specific options before and after sleep, but I'm unsure of the correct syntax for placing it in the link.

I admit defeat. I’ll likely need to pay around $17 for the Bolt. Constantly pressing the PC’s start button is really annoying. Thanks to everyone for your ideas.

EDIT: Placed order on Amazon Prime for $15.

I also face difficulties accessing or modifying BIOS settings, which often requires using a budget Logitech wired device kept in the closet for that purpose.

I have the Bolt, but there were issues getting it to function properly. Discovered a method to activate the keyboard connection using Logi Options. Initially, I struggled with the setup steps and didn’t manage to press the correct key long enough for Options to locate it. Now, an extra benefit is that this approach remains effective when using Options on two computers with Flow enabled.
