I frequently experience game crashes on my desktop, and I also receive Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors. Despite updating all of my drivers and ensuring the absence of viruses or malware, I’ve attempted a factory reset. This issue has persisted since I purchased the computer. Please assist me.
