Hello
I installed a Ryzen 1600 and switched it to a Ryzen 5600.
When I booted Windows on the desktop, the display appeared pixelated as though the GPU was faulty. Any movement caused the screen to go black temporarily before showing again.
After changing back to the Ryzen 1600, everything functioned normally.
Removing the GPU drivers resolved the issue, but reinstalling drivers caused the screen to pixelate once more.
For testing, I connected the GPU to a different slot and it worked perfectly with the Ryzen 5600.
I attempted a fresh Windows install, reset the BIOS, and reconnected all devices, but nothing changed.
BIOS was updated to version 6203.
Could this be a processor defect? How should I verify this?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

It seems the processor is faulty
I placed it on a different machine and still see the same blurry image

A brief clarification
The first PCI Express 3.0 x16 port connects to the CPU, while the second PCI Express 2.0 x8 (which appears as x16) slot can accommodate up to four lanes of bandwidth.
Motherboard specifications b350 plus:
My wife tried it yesterday in the game "works worse than with the previous processor," which was a 1600... The card was placed in the second slot.
