Each time I run a game, my computer abruptly shuts off without any indication and then restarts automatically. Experts suggest the issue might stem from my power supply, memory, or motherboard. I’ve ruled out the graphics card and central processing unit as causes because both consistently operate at temperatures below 60 degrees Celsius.

Specifications:
MSI RTX 2060 VENTUS 6G OC
Intel Core i5-8600k with Cryorig H7 cooler
EVGA 600W W1 80+ Certified
ASUS Z370M PRO4 Motherboard

Here’s a revised version:

Unexpected system restarts are frequently linked to problems with the power supply, memory, or software – in that approximate sequence.

Power Supply: If possible, try exchanging your power supply with a known working one to see if that resolves the issue. You can also have a friend or family member test your system with a different PSU as a diagnostic step.

Memory: Conduct stability tests by running the system with only one RAM module installed. If stability returns, proceed to thoroughly test all your RAM sticks using Memtest86 for at least five runs, or ideally overnight. If you receive zero errors after multiple passes, the RAM is likely functional. I recommend performing this test following a PSU swap or after clearing your existing PSU.

Software: Driver conflicts and other software problems can trigger reboots. To isolate this, boot into a live Linux distribution from a USB drive (such as Mint Linux). This operating system can run Memtest86 and monitor for reboots.

Concluding thoughts: This should assist in identifying the root cause.
