Hello. Over the past week, my monitor has occasionally lost signal for about a week, showing the "D-SUB No Signal" error at random times (no more than three instances). At the same time, audio plays from whatever I'm watching, but after 2-3 seconds it becomes delayed and the only solution is to restart the PC. I've observed that this usually occurs after I stop playing any intensive games (such as PUGB with ultra settings, etc.).

The specifications are:
Motherboard: B550 AORUS ELITE V2
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X
RAM: 2x16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4
STORAGE: Western Digital Blue SN570 SSD 500GB M.2 NVMe
STORAGE: Western Digital SN770 SSD 1TB M.2 NVMe
PSU: Corsair 850W
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB
SYSTEM: Windows 10 Pro

What I've tried so far:
- Ran sfc /scannow, fixed some files but the problem remains.
- Reinstalled GPU drivers via Geforce Experience, issue still present.
- Switched to a VGA cable instead of HDMI because the old monitor doesn’t support HDMI.
- Performed a full PC clean, cleaned GPU, RAM, and CPU fans—still no improvement.
- The HDMI adapter might be the cause, but I’m not sure.

Any suggestions on what could be behind this?

PSU: Corsair 850W
Corsair is the manufacturer of this device, and 850W is the claimed power output. What model is it, and how old is it? Have you attempted to obtain a well-made PSU from others or tested running your system on it to eliminate the possibility that your PSU is the problem?
BIOS version for your motherboard?
I reinstalled the GPU drivers via GeForce Experience, but the issue remains.
Use DDU to uninstall all GPU drivers (Intel, AMD, Nvidia) in Safe Mode and reinstall the newest driver from Nvidia's support site using an elevated command—right-click the installer and select Run as Administrator.
sfc /scannow
It detected some corrupt files and repaired them, yet the problem continues.
I’d also consider a clean OS installation by creating a bootable drive, then manually installing all drivers in an elevated command to determine if the operating system itself is the cause.

The PSU model is: "Corsair RMx Series RM850x (2021) 850W Full Modular 80 Plus Gold" and it was purchased last year. The BIOS version appears to be FB. According to Gigabyte, there are newer versions available. Should I consider an update?
I will also attempt your recommendations and respond accordingly. Thanks.

This appears to be the main suspect. The HDMI to VGA adapter isn't working. What is the model of your monitor? Does it have any additional video inputs besides D-SUB? It might also be the graphics card that's failing or overheating—check the GPU temperatures.

It is an older LG 22M38A-B model. In the system settings it appears as LG FULL HD. No. Only D-SUB connection is supported. During gameplay it reached a maximum of 82.8 °C, while in idle mode it peaked at 49 °C

82C is quite warm. What's the cooling setup? Is there a mesh front on the case? How many fans are in the PC case? What's the room temperature around? Would you like me to share a photo of your system with the side panel taken off (upload to imgur.com and post the link)?

The CPU is kept cool with an "Arctic Freezer 34 eSports Duo". The PC sits on a desk without obstructing airflow (only slightly from the right side of the case).
The case is a "Focus 2" by Fractal, featuring a front mesh with two 140 mm fans.
There’s one more "Arctic P12 PWM PST Case Fan 120mm" positioned above the GPU in the back of the case. I’m planning to add two additional fans later.
Temperatures are around 30 °C to 35 °C at times.
I’ll share a photo soon (in a few days, as I’ll be away for a while). Appreciate your help!
