My few month old Legion 5 Pro’s keyboard keeps disconnecting unexpectedly. When this happens, the generic USB hub (Port_#0001.Hub_#0003) and my Realtek Bluetooth adapter (also on Port_#0001) also get disconnected. I’m trying to figure out if these random drops are affecting the keyboard’s functionality. Do you have any ideas about what might be causing this? Any solutions could help?

The post I wrote was about a different thread before merging it with the one mentioning you were using a prebuilt Lenovo Legion 5. You may need to reinstall your chipset driver manually from AMD's support site in an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

Hello. I visited the AMD support page and found only one download for the chipset. Did you expect different versions for various PC models? I updated my chipset drivers and will check if the problem persists. Are there other suggestions? Should I reinstall my Bluetooth adapter and a generic USB hub? Thank you.

Hello. The chipset driver caused my laptop to run extremely slowly, so I had to roll back it. I’m confused about what to do next.
