The question keyboard is not responding when the computer is turned on.
I have a Corsair K95 RGB Platinum xt keyboard. It's been a while since I last used it, and everything worked fine until now. When I power on the PC, the keyboard doesn't turn on. I tried connecting it to different USB ports, but it still works. Where should I begin checking for problems?
Does the keyboard function as it should on a donor platform?
Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
It might be that the USB sleep mode isn't functioning properly, or there could be a power-related problem. I recommend using an external powered USB hub, directing all power through the hub's wall wart to the keyboard.
I believe it might relate to the ports it was connected to. That seems unusual. I haven’t adjusted any settings, and they match the ports the keyboard has always used. I attempted to change ports, but the keyboard works fine with the PC. I verified in Device Manager, and everything looks normal. The USB selective suspend option is active. I don’t want to modify that setting because it would impact all my USB devices. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I believe I might have discovered a solution. I'll try it and let you know later.
