The Ryzen 5600G is only specified to work up to DDR4-3200, so it's not surprising it fails to work with the default 3600MT/s XMP settings in your RAM.

You're getting closer to a working system with 3200MT/s, but you could benefit from a few additional manual tweaks at this speed.
I have a Ryzen 2600X which is specified up to DDR4-2933, but it doesn't start with DDR4-3000 RAM. The fix was to manually adjust the CL(CAS) settings for both DIMMs in the BIOS and "relax" the timings.
The default setting for my DDR4-3000 DIMMs was CL=16. I increased the value to CL=18 (thereby lengthening the time before the CPU accesses=d the RAM) and the 2600X now boots OK at 3000MT/s with relaxed CL timings.
Check the specification for the CL setting of your RAM at 3600MT/s and increase the value by 2. So, if it's 18, change CL to 20. Repeat for the second DIMM. Save the settings and reboot.
If this doesn't work, try reducing the DOCP speed to DDR4-3000. If all else fails, go back to DDR4-2666. You shouldn't lose an enormous amount of processing power even at the default JEDEC speed of 2666MT/s,
There's no guarantee that if you upgrade the CPU the RAM will run at 3600MT/s. The most important thing is a stable system.
I don't think you damaged the first set of RAM by trying to run it too fast for the 5600G, especially the system worked fine again back at 2666MT/s.
RAM will only run at its advertised maximum speed if the CPU (and the motherboard) support that speed. It's not 100% guaranateed.
In any event, outside of gaming (and bench marking apps) you probably won't detect much difference between 3200MT/s and 3600MT/s. You might not even notice a huge difference when running at 2666MT/s.
I agree it's nice to get as much speed as possible out of your RAM, but not if it renders the system unstable. With faster RAM you may see a few FPS increase, but there's no point if you get a Blue Screen.
Budget CPU, basic motherboard, standard power supply, and an unfamiliar RAM manufacturer. I'm amazed it even starts at 2666 MHz. Living in a developing region won't make it instantly run at 3600 MHz just because you lack funds for upgrades. If it runs smoothly at 2666 MHz, then appreciate it and be grateful the system functions properly.
By the way, not being able to afford better parts makes choosing a reliable PSU even more crucial. Because if this low-quality unit fails and destroys your whole setup, you'll lose everything. That's why we always emphasize the PSU as the most vital component in a PC—it's the only part that can cause total failure if it malfunctions.
The model I found most often from China matches what my search showed. Cezanne (5600g architecture) supports DDR4 3600 at 5600-vermeer if it’s a solid build or essentially consumer-grade, QLV compliant dimmers. My setup uses a 5600-vermeer with DDR4 3600, which is rated for 3200. Because consumer RAM is usually over-specified for compatibility, I agree to try it at 2666mhz if it stays stable. Tier F PSU should be replaced right away.
