Hey there,

I've been having a weird issue with my game lately – it keeps unexpectedly closing to the desktop. Restarting my computer usually resolves it, and it seems to work perfectly afterward, but it always happens at the beginning, roughly four or five times. Strangely, there’s no error message popping up at all; I just get a brief black screen for a couple of seconds before it jumps to my desktop.

Just so you know, here are my computer specs: an i5 9400F processor, 16 GB of RAM, running a 64-bit system with an RTX 2060 Super version 441.66 graphics card.

I wanted to check if you’re experiencing a black screen issue when you start playing the game, either during gameplay itself or right at the beginning when it boots up?

Right at the start, when you're just booting up the game or looking at the main menu, something tends to go wrong. But it’s never occurred during gameplay itself.
