I used Fusion to design this NAS,
with a size of 390x450x89mm. It can fit a MATX motherboard, and it uses a CRPS PSU (12VO). There's a reinforcement rib in the middle, and on the other side, I have the freedom to design the PCB to achieve the expandability I want. For example, I could add 12 bays for 2.5" SATA hard drives, 8 or more M.2 SSD slots, or even an SXM2 slot. Currently, I'm planning to add 8 M.2 slots. But I'm not sure if this design can sell in the market.

I aim to run Ubuntu Desktop and Nextcloud on the system and software. For hardware, I'll purchase PSUs from Hunkey or Huawei and create custom fans using CFD simulations. I have a logistics partnership to minimize shipping expenses, and a stock of spare parts for quick warranty repairs.
Who are your main customers?
Home users – Your software isn’t enough and is quite complex.
Small businesses – Possibly. Keep in mind the competitors like Synology, QNAP, Thecus, Asustor, etc., and think about what sets you apart.
Medium businesses – They definitely need reliable hot-swap power supplies. The diagrams appear more suited to a NAS unit than a full NAS system.
