The question about CPU and GPU power consumption cannot exceed 190W, but it only reaches 180W at 170W.

I attempted to turn off the device but the drop remains. I'm looking for the parts I should replace, as my PSU isn't a bronze one—it's a white 80 plus model that's been around for about five years.
I checked the results and here they are.
UserBenchmarks: Game 98%, Desk 93%, Work 90%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - 87.4%
GPU: AMD RX 6650-XT - 111.3%
SSD: WDC WDS240G2G0B-00EPW0 240GB - 52.6%
SSD: Samsung 980 NVMe PCIe M.2 500GB - 233.6%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB (2016) - 2,041.3%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 C16 1x16GB - 59.8%
MBD: MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS (MS-7C56)
One stick of RAM with just one channel is terrible for performance. You need a set of two.
You might also want to check if any of your background CPU usage can be reduced or removed. 7% isn't bad, but it would be better to aim for under 4-5% at the very least.

your frame drops are likely due to just one stick of RAM.
Ryzen tends to be quite sensitive about mixing RAM, even from the same brand and model. The safest choice would be to buy two identical sticks, keeping the same speed and size you currently have. You could try a 'budget buy' approach to save money, as the Corsair LPX is usually affordable and widely available... though I’d suggest confirming a good return policy and opting for a matched set instead.
The ram corsair isn't listed in the amd r5 3600 compatibility list. If you install a non-compatible ram, could there be an issue?
Which is the current version of the old stick and which one is the new kit?
