It's really tough for those on a tight budget who can't afford a good graphics card, as they often face lower quality visuals and slower performance since games don't adjust well.

It's not what you think. I wasn't trying to suggest the game should perform poorly even on basic configurations. Naturally, developers should offer a solid selection of options so you can adjust for your system and CP2077. Of course, if you don’t have top-tier hardware, you’ll have to compromise on appearance, performance, and settings—even if it isn’t ideal.

It shows clearly that achieving top results in 2018-2019 really boosted performance, and those outcomes seem to surpass expectations compared to 2077. But I'm just going with that.

Cyberpunk might benefit from some improvements, as many agree the internet shares this concern. The distinction between high, very high, and ultra levels often comes down to small details like 4K textures versus excessive low-quality assets, which doesn’t make a big impact.

Even though it's not entirely accurate, I don't believe it's fair to compare the two games. Cyberpunk is a fully developed open world RPG experience. Metro Exodus offers a linear open world with some RPG aspects. I appreciate both titles, but it's clear why Cyberpunk seems more complex. There are simply many more elements in Cyberpunk. Metro, despite being an open world, feels more "scripted." It closely resembles the original Crysis, which also had open world maps. You could imagine expanding Crysis's maps and adding a few secondary goals to make Metro Exodus' structure more similar. That's just my perspective.
