Hello, your PSU is producing unusual buzzing noises both when powered on and off, and the same happens with your GPU under load. Even when the PC is turned off, you still hear loud buzzing. Any suggestions? It's really annoying to be disturbed while trying to relax or sleep.

it might be possible to retain power by ensuring the coils of the PSU are properly connected. the easiest method is to turn off the switch at the back of the PSU, hold the power button down on the PC for a minute, and observe if the system remains active. if it does, this indicates that any residual charge in the capacitors has been cleared.

If i turn off the PSU, the noise disappears, but that’s not ideal every time i shut down my PC. Sometimes it doesn’t make any sound when off, and i’m not sure why. It’s pretty strange.

it's not unusual because the remaining power is still in the PSU component or the board, which is why I suggested turning off the PSU via the switch. Then hold the power button and it will discharge the power in the PC. Basically, this should eliminate the excess power stored in the capacitors if done correctly. It should not happen again. The other possibility is that the PSU itself might be defective and has a coil wire.
