Check if an RMA unit performs the same action. Reach out to Corsair and notify your seller about your issue.

Hey, just a quick update—did you really shut down your PC and didn’t hear it? Or maybe after a few seconds it just stopped? I was starting to think maybe I had tinnitus, you know? I’m planning to test it for a couple more days to be sure. As for an RMA, I’m pretty sure they won’t honor it. Honestly, since I’m the clueless one, I might have damaged some of the connector prongs on the PSU and they could use that info to deny me. If I still hear it, I’ll go buy a new PSU.
