The PSU isn't supplying power to the motherboard
The CPU cooler isn't delivering 250 watts; the AIO fans are handling 50 watts each.
Following the latest update I didn't interact with the button at all, so it shouldn't be a problem. What I'm referring to is this: during the BIOS upgrade everything activates, the red LED near the ports, the RGB bottom right, and in the dbug area (which includes the CPU LED, GPU LED, and extra ecc ecc), the CPU LEDs light up white. Ideally this happens when the BIOS update proceeds smoothly. Once the update finishes (the red LED next to the ports goes off), I disconnect the USB and shut down the system. After that, once I install all components onto the motherboard and power the PSU on, nothing activates—no GPU fan, no CPU cooler fan (dark rock 4 pro be quiet!), no motherboard lights, and no sounds either. Also, the GPU has all ports connected, though the cables have an extra 6+2 dangling out. Edited May 16, 2022 by RandomGuy64
Link the screen to the GPU and connect the power connectors to activate the device. Ensure the power supply is active—make sure it's running properly. Attempt to power it up as shown in those examples. Keep everything stationary and avoid placing it inside a case.
Just to say, there was nothing at all—no control over the keyboard or mouse either.
