Hello!
A few days back my PSU (Seasonic Prime GX 750W) began producing this strange crackling noise. It had never happened before.
For comparison, I own a 5800X3D and an RTX3070, neither of which are overclocked or overvolted.
All components are under two years old, purchased brand new, and the PSU is still covered by warranty.
It doesn’t occur often, though I’m not sure if there’s a pattern. Recently, while doing very light work in Blender (just sketching on 2D grease pencil, likely using less than 5-10% CPU), the noise appeared. Once I closed Blender, it stopped.
Should this be enough to return the PSU to the store? The shop where I bought it will almost certainly provide a replacement unit.
EDIT: The issue is completely from the PSU.

The power supply shouldn't be producing any sound except the fan operating. A crackling noise might indicate a short in the device. I recommend returning it for a replacement before a potential fire occurs, which could damage your PC beyond warranty coverage.
