Are you still working on a test bench or inside a case?
Do you notice any unused mounting locations beneath the motherboard that don’t match the holes?
Are there any lights active?

Only the LED keyboard is present, which is confusing. The issue is visible on the test bench, and all motherboard mounting locations are occupied.
