Steam's backing the PS5 controller is slow and unresponsive, and D4S hasn't approved it yet. There seems to be no immediate fix in sight. Could there be a way to improve its performance? I'm nearly giving up until D4S releases an official update for the PS5 controller. It's really annoying, but I'm hopeful for a better solution soon.

I believed DS4 supports DualSense controller. I've seen recent updates about it. Be sure to install Ryochan7's DS4 Windows, not Jays2King's which has been inactive for a long time. https://ryochan7.github.io/ds4windows-site/ Also, are you connecting via cable or Bluetooth?

It was struggling heavily on BT, so I moved to a cable connection. The lag persisted, so I replaced my BT radio with an IO Gear model from Best Buy. Now everything runs smoothly. I also updated Steam and Windows, though I’m not entirely sure about the impact.
