I used a PS4 with a strikepack connected to my PC for months without any problems. Recently, the strikepack stopped functioning. I followed several guides and adjusted settings using SCP toolkit, DS4windows, and Steam controller options, but the issue worsened. Now, whenever I launch Fortnite, the controller stops working or my PC crashes completely. This also occurs with other games on Epic. However, FIFA still runs fine in the Steam library. I’m just trying to get the controller back online without relying on the strikepack. I removed DS4windows and uninstalled drivers via SCP toolkit, but it didn’t help. I also reinstalled Epic launcher and Fortnite, yet the problem persists. It seems the issue might be related to the controller drivers, but I’ve tried many fixes and don’t know what else to do. Please let me know if this helps. I’ve been working on this for about two evenings without success.

Specs:
- OS: Windows 10 64-bit
- CPU: Intel i5-10600k
- GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 3060
- RAM: Corsair DDR4 Vengeance LPX 2x8GB
- Motherboard: Asus TUF Z490-Plus
- PSU: Corsair TX650M 650W
