Now I got the controller back, but the PC doesn’t recognize it. I’ve tested various micro-USB cables and the DS4 app, but nothing works because it can’t be seen. Charging it fixes the issue, though it doesn’t appear in Device Manager. The USB ports seem fine since I moved my keyboard there, and I’m not sure what to do next.
