I'm trying to solve a issue with this PS4 controller you received some time ago. It functioned properly at first but then something happened, making it stop working completely. It seems to have stopped responding altogether. In Device Manager it appears as "rdamicro" and shows a "code 28" (Driver not installed). Please remember this isn't an official Sony product—it's a bootleg version. Model Number: YCC-PS6002. Here’s what you've done so far:
- Installed a driver from Windows (HID-compliant game controller), but it didn’t work.
- Checked the model number and attempted to update firmware via a manufacturer-provided tool, yet it still didn’t respond.
- Connected it to your PS4, but pairing mode appears to fail; the PS4 doesn’t recognize it, and Bluetooth on your PC also doesn’t connect.
(Note: You own an official Sony PS4 controller that works well with Steam Games on your PC.)
What else should I try? I’d prefer not to throw away this controller since it’s still in good shape and hasn’t been used much.)

You're attempting to link this device to either your PC or your PS4. If used on the PS4, it may be blocked due to being a third-party controller. On PC, it could fail because it's designed specifically for PS4.

I'm trying to apply it for a PC. I think it's not limited to PS4 since I've used it on a PC before, but it seems to be malfunctioning now.
