In QoS you have the option to limit the maximum bandwidth for your PS4. You can adjust the settings through your router page at http://192.168.1.1, using "admin" as the default login and password. You can search online for the best method to configure for PS4 and understand the requirements for gaming. For online games, a rate of 5-8mb/s should suffice; I’m not guaranteeing it will work perfectly, as issues can arise from your ISP or the console itself.
