I also attempted to install Bully previously, but the issue persisted after deleting and reinstalling it.

Have you explored the event log as recommended? Did you review the side-by-side configuration for any problems?

Sure, I understand. Both of you didn't help much. I'm really struggling with the software part of computers.

I can't provide a screenshot directly. However, you can review the application logs in the event viewer and highlight any entries that seem unusual or contain error codes for further analysis.

The program requires an additional dependency to function. You'll need to install Microsoft Visual C++ runtime, version 8.0.x with the "Microsoft.VC80.OpenMP" library included. For the x86 architecture (32-bit), download and install vcredist_x86.exe from the provided link.

I believe you're using Windows 10 or 11. The documentation states compatibility ends with Windows 7. It might be that your system is damaged—consider running sfc /scannow via the command line first before attempting further fixes.

I've faced numerous problems with this PC over the past year, so I feel like a clean install of Windows would be the best option.
