The program fails to start quickly on Windows 7 but works without issues on Windows 10
I recently installed a new Ryzen 7 1800 system with dual boot support for both Windows 7 and Windows 10. Overall it works fine, but when using Prime95 'Blend' to check stability, the system crashes very quickly in Windows 7. I successfully passed the tests in Windows 10 with the latest Prime95 version, which is fully stable. My motherboard is an Asrock 370 Taichi with BIOS 3.4; I also tried BIOS versions 3.6 and 3.7 without any difference in performance. The memory speed is currently 2933Mhz, and reducing it to 2133Mhz didn’t improve the issue, so it seems the problem lies elsewhere. I would value any advice or experiences from others with similar configurations.

The motherboard specs only support one OS.
OS
- Microsoft Windows 10 64-bit
Using anything with Windows 7 will bring numerous issues.

I think you might be missing the right edition for Windows 7. There are different versions for 32-bit and 64-bit systems, but it seems to function on Windows from XP as well.
Prime95 is 64bit, along with OS. I tested the newest 64bit Prime95 and its previous five releases from there, all 64bit versions giving identical outcomes. It seems the issue might be a driver linked to memory in Windows 7 causing instability, but I couldn't locate the source.
The only other suggestion for Prime95 is to consult customer service from wherever you downloaded it. I don't know if there is any variability in the software from different sources, but you can try it from another source.
But the best solution is to just pick another stress test for that application. RealBench, Aida64, or Intel Extreme Tuning Utility (even though it is an AMD CPU?) are a few suggestions.

But I think the person asking is likely familiar with the issues with Windows 7. Considering the USB problems, installing Windows 7 on this board would have definitely been a challenge.
