Hello, I have a Lenovo laptop equipped with an I7-9750h processor, 16GB of RAM, and an RTX 2070 graphics card. It’s running in Performance mode, which maximizes power and clock speeds. I’ve noticed the CPU rarely exceeds 4 GHz during gameplay. In Windows it hits 4.1 GHz easily. Temperatures stay good at around 72°C while gaming, with occasional spikes into the high 80s and low 90s. When launching an app or game, the clock speed drops to 4 GHz and remains stable as long as temperatures are normal. Anyone have any suggestions on how to address this? Thanks!
