Is this BIOS temperature reading accurate? Which application are you employing to check your CPU temperatures in Windows? What cooling solution are you employing?
The difference is only 4º, which is quite low. Your CPU, motherboard, or possibly both could be affected.
That was the Windows and BIOS temperature log. I tried a different CPU recently and the readings have returned to normal – case closed. Thanks for your assistance.
For reference, I'm using a Noctua NH-D15 and measuring core temperatures.

I was experiencing high temperatures around 89 degrees on my i7-6700k. My approach was to install a new CPU liquid cooler, which resolved the issue.
