This setup is beginning properly—no need to remove the CMOS cell, unplug power, or hold power for 30 seconds while running. However, the wake-up issues persist each time. Even after shutting down and ensuring the PSU is connected, I still can't start the PC. It seems I must power off the PSU for at least two minutes before attempting to turn it back on.
