In short, the issue seems to be that the PC doesn't get power when it wakes from sleep. Even after restarting, it won't turn on properly. The fans stop working, and lights like the PSU or BIOS don't activate. I've tried resetting it by turning off the power for a while, but it still doesn't work. My system specs are good, drivers are updated, and I've installed Windows fresh. I'm not sure if hibernate is the problem or something else. Please help me figure this out.

It's an Asus motherboard, and it's been upgraded—even the chipset has been updated. Only MSI on my PC shows the GPU.

The BIOS is running the newest release, and the chipset drivers were just updated. You mentioned clearing CMOS by removing the battery and shorting the pins—this approach has been tried before.

Did you perhaps set up an AI suite or any ASUS power management features?

It seems the AI suite isn't installed. Power management isn't covered, and it's not available in the Armory Crate either.

Is there a way forward? This might be my final option.

Reduce your RAM speed (for example from 2400Mhz to 3200Mhz)…overclocking the memory often leads to the system failing to start up correctly. Intel doesn’t recommend this configuration for Ryzen processors.

I’ll give it a shot. However, if you’re aiming for version 8d or similar, you’ll need to follow that path. Everyone can run Zen 2 overclocking without issues.
