Hello, i noticed that when i move around my cpu-z software window around the screen it has like 1-2 seconds delay before it actualy moves where i drag it with my mouse. There is a few programs that does this on my computer for example photoshop and others i can't remember which ones but it really like my mouse movement is delayed by 1-2 second when i move them around the monitor... What would cause this? I'm in WIN10

Do you push your performance beyond limits? This often happens when I raise my core frequency too much or tighten RAM speeds.

HPET had caused issues previously. Turn it off if it's active.

Not completely accurate—XMP is enabled. Verify your dimmer settings in the BIOS and adjust them to match the stick voltages if needed.
