Is your system using a single or multiple threads for cinebench? You'll achieve peak performance only with single-threaded tasks.

4.4GHz is limited to a single core only, not all of them. 4.1GHz boosting all cores at default is typical You might attempt overclocking to raise the all-core boost frequency, though reaching 4.4GHz across all cores could be challenging

I completed the multicore test but recently tried a single-core run which only reached 4.2 briefly. It seems there might be an issue.

What temperatures are we looking at? It doesn’t look like it’s off; there are many influencing factors, and that matches what you expect for the full core turbo.

The readings shouldn't be influenced by those temperatures. Running background applications could reduce the clock speed.
