HP is looking for 1333mhz RAM with a total capacity not exceeding 8GB, using two 4GB modules. I've had trouble buying RAM before and faced problems like missing orders or crashes during Windows login. I'm hoping you can assist me. My current system is an HP Pro 3130 SFF with 4GB from Kingmax Semiconductor, running 1333mhz CL9 Windows 11 Pro 64-bit. The issue persisted even when using Windows 10.

Confirm if the memory is the problem—it could simply be a faulty board. Also, purchasing a 1600 from a reputable brand might only support 1333.

It uses the single RAM stick I currently have, but expanding it leads to problems.

I owned an SFF HP setup from back then featuring a single-core Sempron, which I eventually upgraded to a PHenom II X3. Corsair components performed exceptionally well.
