There could be several factors affecting boot times. It seems the difference might relate to how each build handles initialization. Some users claim NVMe drives speed up the process after login, but it appears your new setup still lags behind the old one when starting from power on. Consider variables like driver updates, system configuration, and hardware compatibility.

Starting from the Windows logo, various boards may experience differing times for post-checks and similar processes.

When using separate OS versions, boot time comparisons aren't reliable. Ensure identical Windows builds are installed on both systems before making a comparison.

That was the sole outcome I reached too, since after logging in with my fingerprint it became quicker to launch all startup applications. Thanks.

the previous version was an improvement with several years of use, so I expected a faster boot after a fresh install, making my new build appear less impressive. However, as jaslion mentioned, it might just be slower until logon, which could mean it's a slower posting card despite newer features.

Since the two devices run different programs, it's impossible to tell which one starts up quicker.

Fastboot might be turned off in your latest installation, which can extend the boot process.
