Hi, I recently switched from Windows 10 to Windows 11 a few days ago. While setting up, I chose the "Power saver" option in the control panel instead of adjusting the power settings directly. I haven’t changed anything in that mode, and my CPU speed is usually under 2 GHz. However, it’s now behaving as if it’s in "High performance" mode unexpectedly. This has happened before. I’ve already reinstalled Windows 11 twice, but the issue persists each time. I’d really appreciate any advice or help to resolve this. Thank you very much.

Is your device a laptop or desktop? If it's a desktop, why are you activating the power saver?

I have my justification. Also, I don't always switch to power-saving mode.

Windows had its own justifications too—many of them. It might not be the perfect fix, but upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11 isn't necessary. Just install Windows 11 and avoid many changes. Enjoy your day!
