I just messed up by connecting everything before turning it on. Only my RGB RAM lit up, nothing else on the board. After taking it apart and checking for shorts, the issue stayed the same. I unplugged and reinserted the GPU, but the problem returned—power supply keeps buzzing and the RAM RGB stays off.
