I have a powerline connection that intermittently stops working for a few seconds or minutes, then restarts. Sometimes it pauses once a day, occasionally several times, and sometimes it halts for a couple of minutes. Other devices on the network function normally. The issue seems to be with my PC or the powerline itself. The powerline is a direct plug into the wall. I own this model: https://www.tp-link.com/la/home-networki...4016p-kit/. Previously, pauses lasted longer, but turning off power-saving mode reduced the duration, though the problem remains. It just stops working without a clear explanation.

I fixed it! I'm watching tutorials on YouTube, but the person is gone—I don't know why. Now, whenever I turn on my PC, I see a message asking if I can turn off Windows and still use Fixed.

You're facing the same issue again. The window keeps appearing every time you turn on your PC. If you're watching a tutorial and trying everything, it might help to pause or restart your system. Let me know if you need further guidance!

Open Task Manager, verify if any processes are running under Startup. Then navigate to AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup to look for files such as .bat or other startup items.
