Yesterday I received an old Asus motherboard from my cousin. It's an Asus P5VD2-VM/S. When I connected the power cable to the PSU, the power indicator on the board began flashing quickly. I powered it on once, but it didn't turn on properly—it just spun the fans. I tested different RAM and another CPU, but nothing changed. Now I'm unsure if the problem lies with the PSU, the motherboard, or something else. After unplugging the power supply, the LED lit up for another 10-20 seconds. I also attached a video of the issue. Likely the mainboard is the issue. It’s not an excellent one, but it’s not a major setback.

I considered connecting it directly to the wall since I heard it might work. The LED was flickering in the middle. The file name is "YouCut_20190602_205229551.mp4".
