It was functioning properly with the APU. I attempted to add a GPU just for testing, but it failed. I removed it and the PC stopped booting. Once powered on, everything worked—fans were running smoothly, no beeps, and the power button didn’t shut off. I’ve tried three different monitors, an HDMI port, two RAM configurations, CMOS reset, various power supplies, but nothing resolved the issue. I’m unsure what to do next.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
I tried to put a GPU in just for a test but it didn't work
What GPU did you drip into the system?
different power supplies
What units have you tried and what are their ages?
