I recently received a 4080 SG from KFA2 along with a 3x8 pin power adapter. I'm trying to fit the cables marked "CPU" into the 3x8, but they don't seem to fit. I've connected two of the three available 8-pin connectors using the 6+2 connectors, but I still need one more. The only 8-pin power connectors included are labeled as CPU.

Which PSU do you have? Absolutely, the CPU header isn't included in the GPU.

The CPU cable connects to the motherboard in the upper left corner, not the GPU components. Avoid mixing these up! I noticed some Daisy Chain cables from your PCIe cables—can we use those instead?

I believed it was true since there were three 8-pin connectors marked for the CPU, not just one.

I set up my RTX 4080 with the RM750 from Corsair. This setup has worked well since November, running at 3GHz overclock. Using Daisychaining with Corsair RM power supplies is perfectly fine—they produce great cables.
